This session is the final in a three-part series diving deeply into the hard truths about admission to some of the country's most selective colleges and programs. Registration required.

BEWARE! "Most selective" is not limited to Ivy+ colleges; it also includes a number of out-of-state public flagships (i.e. University of Michigan, University of Virginia, the University of California system, etc) and highly selective majors (often computer science, business, engineering, and nursing) at colleges that may have higher overall admission rates.

Part 3 will cover the following:

  • Example of a real "rubric" used by admission reps to evaluate applications to a highly selective institution
  • Participate in a mock application review of REAL apps from students who have applied (and been admitted to) schools with single digit admit rates
  • The mental health price of selective admissions

Parents and students in grades 8-12 are all welcome to come learn more with Amber Gilsdorf of Estrela Consulting. Join her for this hands-on session to learn what REAL applicants showcased on their apps that broke through the high volume of applications at competitive schools.

Registration required; you must register for each session you wish to attend.
